Zseraldina Richvalszki is an accomplished graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the Hungarian University of Agricultural and Life Sciences, holding a degree in Economics with a specialization in Management and Organization. With over 35 years of experience in the international hotel industry, exclusively focusing on the development of five-star hotels, she has dedicated 15 years to managerial positions and 15 years to development consulting. As a premium spa business consultant, her core competencies include the conceptualization of wellness and medical wellness hotel business models, development of service menus, standardization of operational procedures (SOP), and comprehensive staff training. Additionally, she excels in planning and developing wellness facilities within luxury hotels.
Ms. Richvalszki has a keen interest in integrative wellness services, particularly focusing on innovative technologies and the integration of Hungarian bathing waters and balneotherapy products into wellness offerings. Her notable projects include the Yacht Topaz (UAE), Melea the Health Concept Hotel, and Botaniq Castle Tura, among many others.
Her distinguished career includes serving as Director at Mandala Day Spa (2005-2010), Operations Manager at Quintess Health Centre (2010-2014), and Head of Wellness and Spa at IWI Fitness School since 2016. Furthermore, she is the founding owner of Richvalszki Spa Consulting and Spa Academy, established in 2008, where she is also a respected educator and international lecturer.
Since 2005, she has been deeply interested in the science of Ayurveda. Since 2010, he has been a dedicated follower of the Satyananda yoga tradition and yoga lifestyle. Her passion and commitment to wellness and healthy living led her to dream up and co-found the Naya Lifestyle Clinic, which aims to support clients in achieving a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
